Canning Beets

Instructions

  • Cut off tops 1" above beets
  • Wash Beets
  • Coat beets with thin layer of oil
  • Wrap in foil
  • Bake at 400°F for 60 min Turning once
  • Let cool before unwrapping
  • Cut off remaining tops
  • Cut into pieces and stuff in jars
  • Fill to line with water
