Beef Brisket

Ingredients

  • 3.5 lbs Brisket flat
  • 16 oz Catalina Dressing
  • 2 Tbs Apricot Preserve
  • 2 Tbs Ketchup
  • 2 pkts Lipton Onion Soup mix dry

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Mix all ingredients in pan
  • Make sure sauce is at the bottom, meat on top.
  • Cover with foil and cook 2.5 Hours.
  • Loosen foil and cool for 20 min
  • Remove Brisket and slice.
  • Add brisket back to sauce, cover with sauce and bake for 1 hour.
  • Serve
