Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix all ingredients in pan
Make sure sauce is at the bottom, meat on top.
Cover with foil and cook 2.5 Hours.
Loosen foil and cool for 20 min
Remove Brisket and slice.
Add brisket back to sauce, cover with sauce and bake for 1 hour.
Serve
