Split Pea Soup
Ingredients

Dried Split Peas

Ham Steak
chopped

Onion
chopped

Chicken Broth

cloves
Garlic
chopped

Bay Leaves

Bouillon Cube

Water
½
tsp
of each:
Mustard Seed, Black Pepper, Thyme
Instructions
Add first 8 ingredients through Water to pot.
Low Boil for 1 Hour, stirring occasionally to keep peas from sticking to the bottom.
Remove from heat.
Remove Bay leaves
Add Seasoning (Mustard Seed, Pepper and Thyme)
Blend with Inversion Blender.
